So I started experimenting. What if we designed training that respected people's actual schedules instead of pretending everyone's got two hours a day? What if we focused on efficiency without sacrificing results?
Turns out, a lot of folks were asking the same question. We opened our doors in Vancouver with a simple promise: no BS, no wasted time, just results that fit into real life.
That's still what we're about. Whether you've got 30 minutes or 90, we'll make it count. Our methods are backed by sports science, but they're built for real people with actual jobs and families and lives beyond the gym.

Six years of learning, growing, and staying real about what actually works.
Started with a single 800 sq ft space and five clients who were willing to try something different. We had more enthusiasm than equipment, honestly.
Yeah, we opened right before... that. Went fully virtual for eight months. Learned a ton about remote coaching and keeping people motivated from their living rooms.
Moved to our current location on Burrard Street - 3,500 sq ft with proper equipment and space for group training. Added our first three coaches to the team.
Hit 200 active members. Launched our nutrition program after realizing people kept asking for help with meal planning. Started working with local athletes.
Seven coaches, 350+ members, and still figuring things out. But we're better at it now, and we're still obsessed with making every minute count for our clients.
